Friday Flea Market

Prepping for a garage sale this afternoon and maybe Saturday so I only have a few moments but I wanted to take a moment to pop into blog land and say hello!

A lot is on my plate this next month including moving (will share more about that later), prepping for the Funky Junk Sisters Show, Jury Duty (oh joy!) and looking for a secondary income (hopefully just part-time for now). Will share more on all of the above but at the moment I just wanted to update you on Friday Flea Market as some of you may be wondering where it's been. The Friday Flea Market has changed some of their criteria so I will not be posting new items here each Friday. I am still part of Friday Flea Market but will now just be posting my items in my Etsy store which you are always welcome to stop by and browse!

1969 'Time for Love' Charlton Comic Book No 11

Time for swinging, time for dreaming...this vintage comic book is the July 1969 volume no 11 and is filled with a soap opera type love story told with colorful images. Interspersed with advertisements on weight loss, hari pieces and more. Some light wear but overall good vintage condition. Great for your collection or to use as an addition to a craft or mixed media project.

60 Vintage Illustrated Recipe Cards in Box

Manufactured by Current and still in the original box this set of sixty recipe cards reads "Here's what's cookin'" and "Recipe from the kitchen of." It also has a space for how many the recipe "Serves". Colorful antique stove on each card. Cards are in excellent condition and each measures approx 3 x 5.

Vintage White Glasbake Casserole Dish

This vintage Glasbake white milk glass oval casserole dish has a green daisy pattern on both sides. It measures approx 8 .5" x 5.5" and is in very good condition with just some slight wear to the paint.

Vintage Set of 6 Embrodiered Pale Yellow Napkins

This delicate set of six vintage pale yellow luncheon napkins are embellished with a stitched floral design at one corner and are scalloped around the edge. In perfect vintage condition, couldn't find a single flaw. Each measures approx 11 x 11.

Vintage Hobnail White & Clear Soap Dish

This pretty little hobnail dish is white with a clear background and ribbed base. In good vintage condition besides a couple small rough spots on the inside of the rim. Measures approx 3 x 5 x 1.75" high.

Vintage Roses Pair of Small Tin Trays

I'm having a hard time letting these go but I can't think of a good reason to keep them! ;0) This pair of darling vintage tins trays has roses in the center and what looks like a yellow and chocolate brown stitching aroud the edges. Very unique curved edge. Each tray measures approx 7" x 9.25" at it's widest. In excellent vintage condition.

1945 'The Odor of Violets' a Mystery by Kendrick

This 1945 Duncan Maclain Mystery was previously known as Eyes in the Night and is written by Baynard Kendrick. The exterior is a soft aqua hardback with navy text on the spine 5" x 7.5". Besides some insignificant shelf wear and some aging to the pages this book is in very good vintage condition.

Vintage Crocheted Ecru Doily

Beautiful detail on this uniquely shaped doily. Not white, yet not quite cream. Measures approx 17" x 14" at it's widest. In excellent vintage condition.

Green Depression Glass Stemmed Cordial Glass

This small cordial glass is depression glass but I am unsure of the pattern. It almost appears honeycomb on the top and then it has rings around the top of the stem. Would make a cute tealight holder. Measures approx 5.5". In excellent vintage condition.

Chubu Creamer & Sugar Anniversary Set

This vintage Chubu China mini sugar and creamer set are a hand painted cherry exclusive marked #4599. In beautiful vintage condition. Gold accents, colorful little bell and flowers on the creamer and a similiar outlined version on the interior of the sugar bowl.

Vintage 6pc French Condiment Caddy Vintage glass condiments set with silver caddy. Marked Depose France on the bottom and a name that looks like Fnoxcal. All pieces are in excellent condition besides some spotting on the tops of both the salt and pepper shakers. Includes caddy, 2 oil containers with lids, jam or honey container with lid and paddle, salt and pepper shakers with lids.

Charming small green depression glass vase with swirl type pattern measures approx 5.5" tall and is in very good condition besides some light scuffs on the inside of the rim.

Vintage Shabby Chic Floral Stool

This charming vintage white stool has been recovered with vintage floral fabric and to add to the feminine charm has been trimmed with a ruffle. Seat is slightly kidney shaped. Stool measures approx 20" x 13" x 18" high.
